When Motherhood Feels Like Too Much

Hi Friends,
It is so good to be connecting with you again.
I wanted to give you a little update. Over the next several months, I will be creating a new self-paced, Christ-centered course for Latter-day Saint moms who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, reactive, or never enough.
This new direction will still include the heart of what I’ve always shared: support for homeschool moms, emotional tools, mindset shifts, and Christ-centered encouragement. But I’ll also be adding more nervous system education and practical regulation tools to help you feel steadier in your body, your emotions, your home, and your relationship with Jesus Christ.
As I create this course, I’ll be sending a monthly blog with simple tools and
encouragement to help you feel more grounded right where you are.
This month’s blog is called:
A Simple Nervous System Reset for the Mom Who Feels Overwhelmed
What if your overwhelm is not a sign you’re failing, but a sign your nervous system needs support?
When you feel reactive, anxious, numb, or like you cannot handle one more thing, your body may be asking for steadiness before your mind can access clarity.
In this blog, I share a simple “One Next Faithful Step” reset to help overwhelmed moms pause, reconnect with their bodies, and return to Jesus Christ one small step at a time.
It is a gentle tool for moments when life feels loud, full, and too much.
And if you want more tools like this, I’d love to invite you to join the early interest list for my upcoming course.
You’ll learn practical tools to calm your nervous system, steady your emotions, shift out of guilt, and move through daily life with more peace and quiet confidence in Christ.
